Chris Tan answers your legal queries.This week, MM asked the following: “My house was 75% under construction. When I looked it up (a couple of times) when after it rained, my house was leaking beside the stairs since it was 45% complete (maybe).
I feel that my house is not safe. Even today after it rained, also the same.
I can only see the damage after I climb the fence (which is already lock). I need your advice – can I sue them or can get another new house?”
